Abstract

PURPOSE:To conduct low-NOx operation by simple operation by conducting two- stage combustion by using main air flowing through a dispersion plate and dispersion plate bypass air bypassing the dispersion plate. CONSTITUTION:The fuel fed from a fuel feed pipe 4 is subjected to two-stage combustion conducted by using the air which is mixed with the recirculated exhaust gas and fed from a main air branch pipe 20 through a dispersion plate 3 and the air which is fed from a dispersion plate bypass air branch pipe 19 bypassing the dispersion plate 3. A portion of exhaust gas is sucked from an exhaust gas outflow pipe 8 through an exhaust gas recirculation line and used as an additive gas. Correspondence with a bypass air amount variation signal 17 is effected by a flow rate arithmetic unit 14, and the dispersion plate bypass air amount is varied without adversely affecting the fluidization in a fluidized bed 2. The main air amount is independently varied in correspondence with a signal 18.
