Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure an easy removal of the stains sticking onto the surface of the diaphragm by forming the coating layer on the surface of the boronic diaphragm via the coating agent. CONSTITUTION:Coating layer 2 is formed on the inner and outer furfaces of conical boronic diaphragm 1 via the acrylic clear liquid, the lacquer liquid and the like. The coating is carried out manually before the adhesion process of the voice coil. And this coating process has only to be given to the surface of the diaphragm where is easily soiled, and is not necessarily given on the entire inner and outer surfaces of the diaphragm. As a result, the aliphatic soil caused by touching the diaphragm with the bare hand during working can be removed easily to keep the diaphragm clean, at the same time enhancing the diaphragm quality.
