Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the bottle preheating performance of the title apparatus by moving vertically and horizontally bottle receiving members set in parallel with the conveying direction and alternately with fixed bottle receiving members and by making the conveying capacity of the bottle feed side of each movable bottle receiving member higher than that of the bottle discharge side.
CONSTITUTION: Roller 49 is rotated with hydraulic cylinder 47 to move moving frames 38, 39 upward, whereby the surfaces of movable bottle receiving members 35, 36 are slightly protruded upward from the surface of fixed bottle receiving member 34 to lift up bottles 31. Next, hydraulic cylinder 46 is worked to move frames 38, 39 toward a bottle discharge conveyor, thereby moving bottles 31 on members 35, 36 toward the conveyor. During this conveyance roller 42 descends owing to recess 51, so the surface of member 35 becomes lower than that of member 34, and bottles 31 are mounted on member 34. Accordingly, even if members 35, 36 are further moved, the bottles on member 34 are not conveyed, forming a gap between the bottles and bottles on member 36. Thus, an enough passage is formed between bottle groups to enhance the bottle preheating performance of the apparatus.
