Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent void and through hole from arising on a sheet in oil-containing high molecular material by dispersing the oil sticking on a screw toward external surface of molding while a fused oil-containing high molecular material is fed from extruding machine to die. CONSTITUTION:Where a fused high molecular material is fed by a screw 2, oil 3 sticks and accumulates on external surface of the screw 2, which grows to a coarse grain 30 at the end of screw. There is formed an oil-containing material layer including the coarse grain of oil at the center of a cylinder 1, which is fed into a pool 60 and dispersed toward the outer perimeter by way of a flow passage 61. On the other hand, an oil-containing material layer including fine grain of oil presents on other portion than the center, which is fed to an extrusion die by way of a flow passage 63. There formed is therefore an oil rich layer in the neighborhood of the inside wall of adapter 8 and extrusion die 9, thus preventing a defectiveness from arising in the interior of material due to a coarse grain of oil.
