Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a loud speaker which makes use of circular expansion and contraction by fitting a cylindrical diaphragm of a unit diaphragm to each coupling tip of rods. CONSTITUTION:Slide axis 1 is wounded with two voice coil bobbins 3 opposing mutually. Then, two voice coil bobbins 3 are coupled by rods 4 of the same length. To coupling points of rods 4, unit diaphragms 5 are fitted. Those diaphragms 5 are also coupled by folded parts 6. The vibration system of this constitution is sandwiched between two magnetic circuits and both the ends of slide axis 1 are coupled with top plates 10. As two voice coils 2 are in symmetrical motion on axis 1, several rods 4 are put in the same motion.
