CONSTITUTION:An immersion tank 1 is filled with a treating soln., and a magnet belt 9 is driven. When bolts B, the material to be treated, are charged into the immersion tank 1, the bolts are conveyed by the magnet belt 9 to the edge of the tank 1, then the bolts are scooped up by an outer belt 11 and are dropped into a receiver 12. The receiver 12 is rocked by eccentric pulleys 13A, 13B, so that the bolts roll from side to side, and the treating soln. spread uniformly on the surface of the bolts B.
