Abstract

PURPOSE:To convey the residual liquid in the liquid convey pipe easily and securly by providing the evaporating gas conducting pipe and the residual liquid convey pipe to the stored liquid convey pipe. CONSTITUTION:The evaporating gas conducting pipe 10 to pressurize and convey the evaporating gas in the low temperature tank 1 is provided to the liquid convey pipe 7 which is connected to the low temperature tank 1. Also, the residual liquid conveying pipes 14, 15 which connect the lower part of the liquid conveying pipe 7 and the low temperature tank 1 are provided. By this constitution, the residual liquid in the liquid conveying pipe 7 is pressure-conveyed to the low temperature tank 1 by the pressurized evaporated gas 20 in the low temperature tank 1. Therefore, the time that the heat is conveyed to the stored liquid 8 through the pipe 7 from outside can be considerably shortened, and at the same time, the transmission of heat to the low temperture tank 1 through the stored liquid 8 can also be minimized to prevent the increase of the load to the compressor.
