Abstract
PURPOSE: To minimize the number of stages of the pump by branching the course of flow that supplies pressure fluid to plural static reforming tools from low pressure side to high presure side in sequence, and providing separate pump in each course and branching the course from discharge side of the low pressure pump to suction side of the pump in the flow course of next high pressure side and to reforming tool side.
CONSTITUTION: In the case where the strip S is to be reformed, reforming is made with greater load and smaller bending radius of reforming tools in the more upstream side. Therefore, the loads of reforming tools 1W6 are in the following relation: 1>2>3>4>5>6. The fluid from the booster 13 is sent to the tool 6 through the low pressure pump P1 and passing the flow course 7. A part of this fluid is supplied to the tool 5 after raising the pressure with the high pressure pump P2. Likewise, in succession, the fluid is supplied to the tools 4W1 after raising the pressure with each pump P3W6 in the branch course 9W12. Thus, the pressure and flow corresponding to the load of each tool are supplied to each tool with a high degree of efficiency.
