Abstract

PURPOSE: To horizontally transfer the core plates being forwarded together with the accepting plate which is held at the optimum level along the outside circumference of the mandrel to the take-out position by falling and accumulating the core plates onto the accepting plate and lowering the mandrel.

CONSTITUTION: When the prestate process is completed, the core plates and blanks are adsorbed on the bottom surfaces of the adsorbing parts 2a, 2b of the conveying part 1a and are forward to right above the mandrel 15. Then, a movable plate 16 moves upward or downward together with the core plate accepting plate 18 along the mandrel 15 by the forward and backward revolutions of the feed screw 17 and adjusts the falling level of the core plates from the adsorbing parts 2a, 2b to an optimum level. Only the core plates are then accumulated by the specified quantity on the core accepting plate 18 of the mandrel 15 surely. Next, the mandrel 15 is lowered by the spindle 23, whereby its top end is drawn down to the bottom end of the movable plate 16. Next, the core plate accepting plate 18 is pushed by the two feed pins 24a of the transfer table 24 and moves onto the needle bearing 28 at the right end from the left end, thence it is set by a lock pin 29.
