Abstract

PURPOSE:Nonoily anticorrosive treating agent for steel, obtained by adding sodium aluminate or moreover, water soluble high molecular substance to trisodium phosphate solution being its pH more than 11.5. CONSTITUTION:1-20g/l of sodium aluminate is added to the water solution of trisodium phosphate being its concentration 20g/l and pH more than 11.5. Or, moreover, 0.5-5g/l of weak acidic or neutral water soluble high molecular substance composed of simple substance of carboxymethyl cellulose, water soluble cellulose derivatives, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid or its derivatives. USE:Anticorrosive action is carried out by applying the above mentioned treating agent on iron plate and forming oxidation protecting film of aluminum on the surface. The above film is not carried away by the moisture of rainy season or night dew in summer and also, treatment after use is not troublesome because of having nonoily property.
