Abstract
PURPOSE: To perfectly insulate a coil from a bearing, by providing recesses on the part of a mold corresponding to the coil, which is likely to move when a molding resin is injected, so that the distance between the coil and the bearing is maintained.
CONSTITUTION: The recesses 10 are provided in the part of the mold corresponding to the coil 9, which is likely to move due to the pressure of the molding resin when the resin is injected. An appropriate gap G is thus formed between the coil 9 and the bearing 4 after the resin is injected. The gas G is set at 0.8 to 2.5 mm depending on a desired insulating capability. Even if the coil 9 is displaced by the injection pressure of the molding resin, the coil does not come into contact with the bearing 4. The insulating capability is thus attained.
