Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a formed decoration sheet having cushionable three-dimensional convex and concave multi-colored patterns by coating foaming vinyl chloride paste sol on a gravure printing surface of a separable molding paper and pressing it under imposing high-frequency current after foamed.
CONSTITUTION: After a separable molding paper 1 for printing is coated with forming paste sol 4 of 0.1W0.5mm thick and the sol is gelled by heat received during being passed through a heating furnace 5, foaming or non-forming vinyl chloride paste sol 8 is coated on it so as to have thickness of 0.1W0.5mm. Before heating this coating, a fiber paper cloth 9 is laminated on the coating by a pressing roll 10 and is integralized by sinking immersion, thereafter, it is gelled and formed by passing through a heating and forming furnace 11. After it came out of the furnace, it is cooled slowly and the separable molding paper is separated, then, multicolor printing is transcribed on a surface of a foamed sheet and thereby a sheet 12 having printed patterns is obtained. Subsequently, the sheet 12 is inserted under metallic electrodes 15, 16 prepared for forming concave portions of the printed patterns and is pressed under imposing high-frequency electric current, thus, the concave portions are formed and a product 17 may be obtained.
