Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a forming of clinker and an encroaching of ashes, by preventing ashes from being piled in heaps at a bottom of an after-burning chamber of the device equipped with the after-burning chamber at an ashes discharge port of a combustion device, such as a rotary kiln and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A receiver 5 being rotated by means of a drive shaft 6 is positioned at a bottom part of an after-burning chamber 2 located at an ashes discharge port of a rotary kiln 1, and a rotating stem of the receiver is placed so that it inclines against the ashes discharge port of the kiln 1. Is situated a spray 7 which sprinkles water over ashes discharged into the receiver 5. The receiver 5 is formed in a conical trapezoid, and a guide rail 16, which hooks in a guide axis 8 located on a side of the after-burning chamber 2, is placed at an outer circumference of a large caliber, meanwhile, a cover 10 is placed at a bottom part having a small caliber. The cover 10 is closed in such a manner as moves an arm 11 toward a handle 12 with a stem rotated by means of the handle 12, and hooks claws 9 at a flange of the receiver 5. The cover being in a releasing condition is suspended with the arm 13.
