Abstract
PURPOSE: Title composition that is prepared by adding a relatively large amount of an antiaging agent to an ethylene polymer containing a large amount of an inorganic filler, thus showing improved antiaging property and being used for flame-retardant sheets.
CONSTITUTION: To (a) 100 parts by wt of an ethylene polymer as ethylene homopolymer, or ethylene copolymer containing less than 25wt% of comonoers other than ethylene or modification components are added (b) 30W70 parts of an inorganic filler as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, hydrated alumina, and (c) 0.1W5, preferably at least 0.2 part of an antiaging agent usually used for rubber and plastics as 4,4'-thiobis-(6-t-butyl-3-methylphenol), N,N'-di-β-naphthyl-p- phenylenediamine, di-lauryl thio-di-propionnate.
