Abstract
PURPOSE: To recover the outflow oil diffusing over a wide range on the water surface at a high efficiency, by towing the combination of outflow oil recovery ship and oil fluidizing ships disposed at the bow side thereof.
CONSTITUTION: Oil fluidizing ships 2, 2 are swingably connected in the right and left directions of the bow side of an outflow oil recovery ship 1 by proper linkage means (such as linkage pins) 3, 3, and the fluidizing ships 2, 2 are towed by tug boats 4, 4, respectively, and the outflow oil is recovered in the outflow oil recovery ship 1 while guiding the outflow oil band S with fluidizing ships 2, 2. Usually, since the width M of the outflow oil band S is about several hundred meters, the length N of the fluidizing ship 2 should be preferably set to about several hundred meters, and the opening angle θ of the fluidizing ships 2, 2 to 90 degrees, from practical viewpoint.
