A wire member 4, to be a branch 4', is fed along with the outer wall of the core member by a device 5 through the die 61 and is covered with resin film through a passage 65 of the resin for the branch, thereafter, is cut by a branch cutter 9. The branch 4', formed with proper length from the protuberance 12, is welded on the outer wall of the core member. because of the continuous forming works, mass-production may be carried out.
