Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a rising of pressure within an adsorption tank by providing a means for storing generated drainage and a means for discharge control.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed outer pipe 2 is fitted at the bottom of an adsorption tank 1. The side of the upper part of the fixed outer pipe 2 contacted with the inner surface of the bottom of the absorption tank 1, provides an opening 3 and a cut-out part 5. A controlling inner pipe 4 to which a handle is fixed, is fitted pivotally to the fixed outer pipe 1. When an opening are of a drainage outlet formed by the opening 3 and the cut-out 5, is controlled appropriately by the handle, the generated drainage is stored temporarily at the bottom of the adsorption tank 1 and an appropriate amount of the drainage is discharged from the drainage outlet to a distilled vapor pipe. Hence, the drainage generated in the distilled vapor pipe is entrained in a vapor stream within the pipe so that the residence of the generated drainage alone within the distilled vapor pipe can be prevented and the rising of the pressure in the adsorption tank 1 can also be prevented.
