Abstract
PURPOSE:To suitably support an inner tank by assembling a plurality of sets of supporting columns of multiple tube type having relatively soft rigidity at right angle with respect to the tank while providing high regidity in special direction with heat insulation. CONSTITUTION:An inner tank 19 is so supported with respect to the outer tank 1c via a plurality of supporting columns assembled in three directions as to be supported elevationally with supporting columns 21g, 21h, longitudinally with supporting columns 21e, 21f, and both directions perpendicular to the longitudinal direction with supporting columns 21a-21d. The supporting columns are so formed as to be relatively softly with respect to the lateral displacement, and the inner tank is rationally supported.
