Abstract

PURPOSE: To release a bent molded article automatically without employing a hydraulic device by a method wherein the second core is pulled out of a female mold by a straight line motion upon opening molds and a moving mold is separated from the first core, thereafter, both of the cores are moved together and further a revolving wiping bar is operated.
CONSTITUTION: A moving mold 3 is pushed into a direction of a fixed mold 2 and the third core 7 is pulled downwardly. Simultaneously, the second core 6 is pulled out until a guide block 19 thereof is abutting against a guide block 9 of the first core 5. Subsequently, a movable core plate 10 is pushed out to a side of the mold 2 by actions of angular plates 22, 23 and roll cam followers 20, 21. The opening of the molds is continued further and the block 19 is pushed by a block 9 to move a stopper 18. A molded article of a bent tube 1 is pivoted downwardly about a center of the core 5 as a supporting point and a gap is produced between the core 5 and the tube 1 due to a draft of the tube 1 by means of a revolving wiping bar 30 following the tube 1, and thus, the tube 1 is released and dropped by a gravity thereof.
