Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently atomize kerosene as fuel, by placing a combustion air blower unit at one side of the double-shaft motor of the blower of a hot air heater and a heating air fan unit at the other side and providing partition plate as an air damper at the fan side to separate a cold wind at the starting stage.
CONSTITUTION: An air fan unit 2 and an air blower unit 3, which are placed at both the ends of a double-shaft motor 1, are equipped with a fan duct 4 and a blower duct 7, respectively. A partition plate 5 is provided near the discharge port 2B of the fan duct 4 and directly coupled to a solenoid 6. A kerosene suck-up pipe 8 and an air feed pipe 9 are coupled to the blower duct 7. The front end of the duct 7 is connected to a combustion chamber 10. The fan duct 4 remains shut-off by the partition plate 5 even if the fan unit begins rotation at the starting stage. At this stage, the blower unit 3 begins rotation to suck up and atomize kerosene into a state M and the cold wind is blocked and complete combustion is attained.
