This shape signal is memorized by the memory 26 only when the signal of the reference signal generator 27 is input to the memory 26. This memory signal enters into the controller 28 and is displayed on the monitor 29. The controller 28 operates the rolling speed from the signal of the tachometer 29; if the rolling speed is slower than the reference speed, the controller 28 intermittently produces the theoretical shape correction signal correspondingly to the signal sent from the reference signal generator 27.
