Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to select the level of discrimination signal to an arbitrary point, by taking the ratio of the frequency discriminating signal using at least one dielectric resonator to the detection circuit, and controlling the active element with the output. CONSTITUTION:The microstrip line 30 is provided in parallel with the microstrip line 5 by clipping the dielectric resonator 29, and the frequency discrimination signal VD3 is obtained at the terminal 32, and the microstrip line 33 is provided near the line 5, and the detection output voltage VM having almost flat characteristics against frequency change and depending on the output level of the oscillator is obtained at the terminal 34. Next, the signals VD3 and VM are divided at 37 and the output is fed to the gate of GaAs-FET1 through the terminal 26 and the inductance element 27 to control the oscillating frequency. In this case, even if the output level of the oscillator is varied and the signals VD3 and VM are respectively kVD3 and kVM, the output of the divider 37 is constant and is independently of the output variation of the oscillator. Accordingly, the level of the frequency discrimination signal can be selected to an arbitrary point.
