Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible the miniaturization of aperture control mechanism without impairing mechanical strength and assembling characteristic by interlocking the split aperture control mechanisms by way of an aperture ring.
CONSTITUTION: When the detention by a mirror detention lever 21 is released according to the depression of a release button, a mirror raising lever 23 turns to kick up a mirror 24. At the same time, an aperture driving lever 31 which is released on the detention by the pin 23b of the lever 23 by turning of the lever 23 turns to turn an aperture ring 33. Then, an aperture lever 34 is cooperatively turned by way of the protruding part 33b of the ring 33. The turning of this ring 33 continues until the detention member 35 which moves in correspondence to the turning of a meter 38 according to the photometric quantity contacts the staircase part 33c of the ring 33, whereby the apertures quantity is controlled. The constitution comprising interlocking the split control mechanisms by way of this aperture ring enables the miniaturization of the aperture control mechanism without impairing its mechanical strength and assembling characteristic.
