Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve operation efficiency, by testing a number of lead frames at a time by small area by mounting grooves to a hot plate and by setting laminar portion materials such as the lead frames vertically or slightly oblique.

A thermocouple is inserted into a hole 10 for insertion in order to control temperature and monitor temperature. Thus, operation efficiency can be improved because a number of lead frames 5 are tested at a time by small area.
