Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform a recovery of ink with a low cost and simple mechanism by a method wherein ink recovery bellows pump is operated by a driving source for ink supplying pump. CONSTITUTION:At the ends of two rotating axes of the motor 12, there arranged eccentric cams 16 and 19, while the eccentric cam 19 reciprocates the piston 21, the eccentric cam 16 reciprocates and rotates the arm 15. Ink is sucked from the ink reservoir 11 via a ball valve 23 under a movement of the piston 21 toward direction A and then the ink is discharged to the accumulator 2 via ball valve 24 under a movement of the piston toward direction B. The bellows pump 13 changes its volume under a reciprocating movement of the arm 15, and the recovered ink passed through the filter 10 is fed to the ink reservoir 11. The eccentric cams 16 and 19 fixed to a rotary axis of the motor 12 are arranged such that the loading of the pump 1 and the bellows pump 13 is applied to the motor alternatively.
