CONSTITUTION:The main completed fluorescent lamp 5 is housed in the resistance box 6 and is located under the low pressure environment which is equal or lower than the intra-tube pressure (several torr). In the state, the desired or the whole part of the glass tube 1 which constitutes the main fluorescent lamp 5 is heated and desired bending is performed. The heating in this case is performed by non-contact means, such as high frequency dielectric heating.
