Abstract
PURPOSE: To cause the impression of solid more conspicuous by a method wherein the ink mixed with the pearl-glitter powder is coated on the surface of foundation paper, in a specified state and together with a convex-formed foamed layer, thereby giving varieties to the glittering due to the pearl-glitter powder, which is made more brilliant by the unevenness of the surface.
CONSTITUTION: A ground printed layer 2 is formed by applying the pattern printing onto the surface of foundation paper 1 with the ink mixed with the pearl-glittter powder and on the part of the layer the foaming ink is coated, which is foamed by heating to form a convex foamed layer 3. Next, on the upper surface of the foamed layer 3 the pattern printing is applied by using the ink mixed with the pearl-glitter powder, thereby a pattern-printed layer 4 being formed. The pearl-glitter powder contained in the ground pattern-printed layer 2 on the peripheral edge of the foundation of the foamed layer 3 and in the pattern-printed layer 4 on the top of the foamed layer 3, respectively, gives brilliance at the different positions of height, and thus the impression of solid due to the brilliance, together with the impression of solid caused by the foamed layer 3, can produce an appearance with further impression of solid feeling.
