Abstract

PURPOSE: To make manufacture and adjustment easy in a multi-joint reflecting mirror type manipulator by forming at least one joint part into integral construction, providing two openings for insertion port of the reflecting mirror and indicent light and exit port and so arranging these that the centerlines passing said opening parts from the point of intersection at the reflecting mirror.
CONSTITUTION: The junction part of the reflecting mirror type manipulator is formed into the integral construction provided with, for example, a bearing housing 33 and a bearing shaft 34 and is provided with two openings 30, 31 and a reflecting mirror insertion port 32. A reflecting mirror 36 having a reflecting mirror adjusting mechanism 35 is mounted and is so arranged that the central axes of the bearing housing 33 and bearing shaft 34 have the point of intersection on the reflecting mirror. It is also possible to form the multi-joint reflecting mirror type manipulator by coupling the two joint part by means of a rotating mechanism. Hence, the manufacture and adjustment of this device are easy.
