CONSTITUTION: The aluminum fins 2 are adhered to the outer surface of the copper pipe 1 by using the cold-setting adhesive, and this adhesive is set at the normal temperature. The heat exchanger is manufactured by using thus prepared heat exchanging pipes 3. As for the cold-setting adhesive, the acrylic twin-pack rapid- cold-setting adhesive, the one-pack cold-setting acrylic microcapsule type adhesive, or otherwise, the cold-setting paint like as the nitrocellulosic, acrylic, or their mixed lacquer paint, twin-pack urethane paint, etc., are employed.
