At the same time, the earth potential from side SPTE is supplied to main distributing board MDF by terminals J00B and J00M. When it is used for four-wire lines A and B, lines A and B of circuit ICT00 are led into SPTE via the route of terminal A, contact a0 and contact b0. At this time, J00M and J00B are disconnected. As a result, MDF is not grounded. When it is used for four-wire lines SS and SR, the route of terminal A(SS), contact a0, contact b0, and J00M and J00B is formed.
