CONSTITUTION:Respective control stations 3 are coupled with loop communication channel 1 via coupling part 2. To send out a synchronizing request signal for synchronization among stations 3, a signal on communication channel 1 is interrupted for a certain time by a signal from station fault detection circuit 7 in attendance on the ON-OFF operation of relay 5 and it is made sure that this repeated signal is connected for a certain time. Further, a message transmission supervisory timer checks whether the right of transmitting a message passed lately. After the right of transmitting a message is accepted, a test pattern is sent out to make sure that a frame making a tour via communication channel 1 is returned correctly, so that it is made sure that there are not two rights of transmitting a message or more residing on communication channel 1.
