PURPOSE:To improve the deterioration of signal quality by removing interference with an inherent signal by operating transmitters of respective subordinate stations and a receiver of a master station synchronizing completely in compliance with transmitted clocks and frame-synchronizing signals of the master station. CONSTITUTION:From a master station provided with PCM terminal equipment 11, master-station transmitter-receiver 14, burst-selective gate generating circuit 47, etc., PCM signals are sent out and received by subordinate stations equipped with subordinate-station receiver 20, PCM terminal equipment 23, burst setting counter 31, etc., thereby performing multiplex communication. Then, transmitted clocks and transmitted frame-synchronizing signals from the mater station are detected by subordinate-station-side frame detection circuit 29, counter 31, control circuit 32, etc., and then sent to clock frame detection circuit 46, burst selective gate generating circuit 47 and control circuit 48 on the master station side, and transmitters of respective subordinate stations and the receiver of the master station are operated synchronizing completely with transmitted clocks and transmitted frame synchronizing signal of the master station, thereby removing interference with an inherent burst signal.
