Abstract

In the case of rimmed steel, capped steel, silicon-semikilled steel, or aluminum-killed steel of low carbon content, the portion in the range 20W200m from both longitudinal ends is wound at a temp. 710W760°C, and the other portion at a temp. 650W710°C while pouring water only to 1/3W1/4 portion in the laterally central part.
