Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the elimination of the effect of conductor resistances even when the total resistance value of a variable resistance differs from the total resistance change of a measuring temperature resistor by providing a voltage dividing circuit including the variable resistance for setting temperature and adjusting the current to flow in the variable resistance.
CONSTITUTION: In the 3-conductor type resistance measuring element comprising by connecting three conductors 11W13 to a resistance temperature measuring element 10, the values of the resistances 31, 32, 33 are so lowered that the current i1 flowing in the course of the temperature measuring resistor 10, conductor 13 and resistance 31 and the current i2 flowing in the course of the conductor 12, resistances 32, 33 become mutually equal and further in the voltage dividing circuit including a variable resistance 34 for setting temperature, the value of the resistance 35 is so determined that the potential difference V3 produced owing to the change in the total resistance of the variable resistance 34 becomes equal to the potential difference V1 generated owing to the total change of the resistance Rx of the temperature measuring resistor 10, whereby the adjustment is done.
