CONSTITUTION: A pin 12 for tight stopping is inserted into the piercing hole 11 of a core metal mold 1 and, by operating a press 3, SMC is formed in the shape of a bathtub between the core metal mold 1 and a cavity metal mold 2. And then, the cavity mold 2 being raised slightly, a gap (g) is formed between the bathtub and the cavity mold 2, the pin 12 being pulled out from the piercing hole 11 of the core metal mold 1 and the gap being evacuated by a pump V. Next, the valve V being opened, the colored resin is injected from a tank T.
