Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform long successive operation by incorporating a motor in a high vaccum container, revolving an anticathode at a high speed, and effectively cooling the high heat which occurs on the side of the anticathode. CONSTITUTION:When the rotary anticathode 3 rotates at high speed by the high frequency motors 9 and 10, the heat transport liquid sealed in the hollow is transported to the inside of the rotary anticathode periphery 15 by centrifugal force. When electron beams are incident on the surface of the anticathode periphery 15 from the cathode 4, electron bombardment is applied, and x-rays are generated, the surface of the anticathode periphery 14 is heated to high temperatures. This heat evaporates the heat transport liquid 16 and cools the anticathode periphery 15.
