Abstract
PURPOSE:To form core teeth having highly accurate dimensions by providing yoke accomodating recesses and a plurality of guide grooves which cross said yoke accomodating recesses in a receiving member, installing wires comprising a magnetic body in said guide grooves, then, fixing said wires with resin. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of yoke accomodating recesses 2 are formed in a pillar- shaped receiving member 1. Furthermore, a number of guide grooves 4, which cross the longitudinal direction at a right angle, are formed around the periphery, with a gap G being provided in-between. Then, plate-shaped yokes 6 are inserted in said recesses 2, and magnetic wires 5 with a square cross section are wound along the guide grooves 4 on the yoke. Thereafter, an extruded metallic mold 8 is provided on the yokes 6, melted synthetic resin 11 is injected from gates 10, filled in the gaps between the wires 5, and cooled and cured. Since the wires 5 are fixed to the yokes 6 with the synthetic resin 11, the iron teeth having highly accurate dimensions can be readily obtained by cutting said wire portions into suitable sections.
