Inner ring 3 is made to float inside the side ring 2 and the fluctuation of the inner ring 3 in the axis direction is prevented by providing under-magnets 4. The side ring 2 is preferably composed of magnets 1 on the inside surface of the cylinder 5 with an equal interval and a non-magnetic cover of, e.g. brass, that covers all the peripheral surface of the magnets. The inner ring is preferably provided with magnets for floating in on the underside.
