Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a pressure crematory of which the incineration time can be cut down and the combustion efficiency can be raised by making combustion with combustion chamber heat load factor and internal pressure set to more than 500,000kcal/m3h and internal pressure to +10W30mmH2O respectively.
CONSTITUTION: This pressure crematory is operated with internal pressure set to +10W30mmH2O. Thereby, the whole inner space of the frame of a main combustion chamber 1 is covered with flame, temperature distribution is stabilized and high- speed combustion is performed so that the necessity of handling the remains is eliminated and incineration time is cut down. Further, setting combustion chamber heat load factor to more than 500,000kcal/m3h facilitates the cutting-down of temperature raising time and the reduction of fuel cost. The clematory body a is of a totally- closed double casing type. The main combustion chamber 1 and the re-combustion chamber 1a thereof are made circular in sectional form and the crematory is heat- insulated by air. The preheating air thereof is introduced into combustion air to increase recovery heat and raise combustion efficiency.
