CONSTITUTION:Picture signal 2 is applied to picture signal memory 3 and blank deciding circuit 4. And quick sending command signal 6 is sent to secondary scan motor driving circuit 5 in case the white is detected continuously over 2 or 3 lines. Thus secondary scan motor 19 is turned at a high speed to increase the secondary scanning speed, and at the same time the white signal memorized in memory 3 is delivered via modulating circuit 7. The quick sending is kept until circuit 4 detects the black, and the command signal is turned off when the black line comes in to secure the normal secondary scanning speed. In this way, the transmission time of the signal can be reduced.
