Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust freely the screen position of a monitor television unit from the external of the unit, by connecting variable terminals of variable resistances for vertical and horizontal position adjustment to vertical and horizontal deflection coils respectively through voltage dividing resistnaces. CONSTITUTION:When variable terminal A of variable resistance VR1 is in the center position, the voltage division ratio dependent upon voltage dividing resistances R1 and R2 is equal to the voltage division ratio dependent upon resistances R3, VR1 and R4, and no DC current is flowed to vertical deflection coil V, and therefore, the screen is not moved. By moving terminal A, the voltage division ratio in the resistances R1 and R2 side and the voltage division ratio in the resistances R3 and R4 side are different from each other, and a current is flowed to coil V, and the movement quantity of the screen is proportional to the variable output of resistance VR1. Similarly, resistance VR2 is connected in series to the power source in the middle between voltage dividing resistances R7 and R8, and variable terminal connected to horizontal deflection coil H, and further, voltage dividing resistances R5 and R6 are connected to coil H through inductance L. As a result, the screen is moved horizontal by in proportion to the variable output of variable resistance VR2.
