Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a voltage comparing circuit strong against noise, by using a circuit, which is constituted by single channel-type MOSFETs, to give hysteresis to the I/0 characteristic of the differential amplification part. CONSTITUTION:Since FETQ31 in differential amplification part 1 of a circuit, where N channel-type MOSFETs are used entirely, is in the ON-state for comparator output V0=1, output V0 is not inverted to ''0'' unless input V1 rises until the current value of FETQ13 exceeds the current value of FET''Q14+Q31''. Since FETQ31 is in the OFF-state for output V0=0, output V0 is inverted to 1 when the voltage of input V1 is lowered until the current value of FETQ13 becomes lower than the current value of FETQ14, and thus, the I/0 characteritics has hysteresis. Here, Since the width of hysteresis is determined by conductance of FETQ31, a voltage comparing circuit strong agaist noise can be obtained by selecting properly this conductance.
