Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A uniform-intensity light is projected from light radiation side optical fiber 4. Then, if receiving quantities for various values of gap g are previously found, gap g can be measured by measuring the receiving light quantity which incident onto light receiving-side optical fiber 5.
