Abstract
PURPOSE:To analyze two samples simultaneously under the same condition to detect accurately the difference between two samples by detecting thermal energy, which is generated when optical energy is irradiated to an object, as thermal expansion of gas around the object and analyzing the object. CONSTITUTION:In analysis, analyzer A irradiates optical energy B1 an B2, which have the same strength same strength and wave length, to samples 2 and 2' in sample room 1 through light transmission windows 3 and 3' simultaneously and intermittently. A part of optical energy is absorbed by samples 2 and 2' and is converted to thermal energy. This thermal energy is detected as thermal expansion of gas around samples 2 and 2', thereby analyzing samples 2 and 2'.
