Abstract
PURPOSE:To vibrate the captioned mold readily by small-capacity servo-parts by mounting the mold on the beam which is supported oscillatably at one end, providing a 2-stage type servo-cylinder to the other end of the beam and exerting static load and dymanic load independently thereto. CONSTITUTION:Pressure liquid of a fixed pressure is supplied to the lower chamber Re of the 2nd stage 3b while the pressure liquid is being supplied to an accumulator 8 by a pump P, whereby static load is applied to the mold 1 on a beam 2. On the other hand, the pressure liquid is alternately supplied to the chambers Ra, Rb by alternately changing over a servo valve V1 to (a) and (b) to oscillate the beam 2, by which the mold 1 is vibrated. When in this case the pressure liquid is supplied to the chamber Ra, the lower chamber Re is compressed. This liquid pressure is accumulated in an accumulator 8 and this results in that it is supplied instantaneously to the lower chamber Re at the next changing-over of the servo valve V1.
