Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the non-conduction angle of SCR, by feeding power supply to the sensor via the diode from the trigger circuit of SCR. CONSTITUTION:When the detector is not near the detection coil L, the transistor TR57 is OFF, and the power supply is fed to the sensor circuit 40 via the constant voltage circuit 53. When the detector closes to the detection coil L, the NH output is at ''L'', TR57 is ON, and TR51, 46 are ON. Then, a trigger is input to the gate of SCR43 to turn on SCR and the power supply is fed to the sensor circuit 40 via TR46 and diode 54. Since the voltage drop in this case is only for the diode 54, the breakdown voltage value of the constant voltage diode 48 can be reduced, the non-conduction angle is decreased, and the residual voltage can be lowered.
