Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a molded article comprising different kinds of resins integrated in double-layer structure without need of adhesives or the like by a method wherein different kinds of resins are injection-molded in two steps by use of a special-shaped mold.
CONSTITUTION: For molding a bottle cap B by lamination of different kinds of resins, an inner member B is injection-molded in the first step by use of a fixed plate 11, a movable plate 12 in contact with the plate 11, a rotary core 10 passed through the plates and having a male thread mold 10a at its head portion, and a cavity for inner member 14 fitted thereover. After releasing the cavity 14, the second step is conducted in which after an inner member B is moved by a pushing rod 13 through the movable plate 13 while rotating the core 10 in the unscrewing sense, these parts are returned to their original positions to produce a vacant portion c directly above the movable plate 12. Then a cavity for outer member 16 is fitted, and an outer member 6 is injection-molded.
