Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize a substantial increase of a volume of heat exchange by a method wherein both hot fluid and cold fluid are flowed toward opposite directions at the inner and outer parts of the heat transmitting plate to perform a heat exchanging of both fluids, and a thermal transmitting heat in the heat transmitting pipe is increased near at a pinch point.
CONSTITUTION: When a power generation is performed by utilizing a terrestrial heat or waste heat, hot water or other hot fluid H is flowed to the heat transmitting pipe 2 in each of the heat exchangers 1aW1f, a cold fluid L such as fleon etc. is flowed outside of the heat transmitting pipe 2 to perform a heat exchanging operation between both fluids. In this case, it is possible to have a substantial increase of a volume of heat exchange by increasing a thermal conductivity in the heat transmitting pipe 2 only at adjacent to the pinch point. As means for increasing said thermal conductivity, means for making the surface of heat transmitting plane rough is employed. A scope or range to increase a thermal conductivity should be set at such a range as an increase of a power driving force of a pump which is caused by an application of said means being decreased lower than an increase in output from the turbine, etc.
