Abstract

PURPOSE: To control rotating velocity to a setpoint as well as to make inhaled air gain compatible by controlling a throttle valve actuator in such a way that actual value and setpoint operations go along with engine rotating velocity, and lower limits of the diference are settled between both signals.
CONSTITUTION: A first signal is made in the sequence that intermittent signals from a breaker point 12 of an engine igniter as actual value of rotating velocity input through an ignition coil 11 and a transistor 21 tube to an operational amplifier 18. And when a cooling water thermometric thermistor 29 and an air conditioner switch 36 are put in ciruit, the rotation as a second signal of the setpoint is input through a transistor 33, etc. toward the front of a second amplifier 50 which calculates the difference between the both. Further, the signal is output as a third signal, whose lower limits are settled by a transistor 58. Besides, signal from the thermistor 29 is input to a fourth signal, to control an actuator 59.
