Abstract
PURPOSE: To suppress the propagation of vibration noise by setting a vibrating cylinder and a positioning cylinder in an inertia weight and protect alternating vibromotive force of the vibrating cylinder from reducing by locating the piston of the positioning cylinder at the specified position in the inertia weight.
CONSTITUTION: A vibrating cylinder 2 and a positioning cylinder 3 are set in the inner part of an inertia weight 1 and a chuck 6 is provided on the rod 4 of the positioning cylinder 3 so as to take catch of a pile 5. A change-over valve 9 is provided for the vibration cylinder 2 so as to generate vibrative frce. On the positioning cylinder 3 is provided a control valve 10 which works in response with the rod 8 in the vibration cylinder 2 and discharges and supplies pressure fluid from and to the positioning cylinder 3. The piston 14 at the positioning cylinder 3 is located at the specified position in the inertia weight 1 by accumulators 13, 13 connecting with oil chambers 11, 12 at the positioning cylinder 3 and shows shock absorption effect. As a result, the alternating vibramotive force is reduced by the displacement of the piston 14 at the positioning cylinder 3 in the vibration cylinder 2. The dead weight of the inertia weight 1 is transferred to the pile without being reduced by the shock absorption effect at the portioning cylinder 3.
